Smart Hotel QR is primarily a digital/software service. No physical product is normally shipped unless specifically agreed for printed QR materials, table cards or other physical items.
Service Activation Timeline
- Account access or recharge activation is generally processed after payment verification.
- Basic setup may be completed within 1 to 3 business days depending on the information provided.
- Website/custom setup timelines may vary based on scope, content, approvals and technical requirements.
Physical Delivery, If Applicable
If printed QR stands, menu cards or other physical materials are requested separately, delivery timeline, courier charges and address confirmation will be communicated before dispatch.
